HR Compliance (3 & 4 June 2025)

A targeted training session was held to educate nursing staff on Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace (POSH), grievance handling, employee rights and responsibilities, and performance appraisal. The program emphasized creating a safe work environment, resolving issues fairly, and understanding key employee entitlements and duties. It aimed to empower employees and enhance overall workplace accountability and performance.
