Communication Skills (10 June 2025)
The Communication Skills session was conducted in two sessions on 10 June 2025 to enhance nurses’ ability to convey information accurately and sensitively, fostering trust with patients and colleagues. The training addressed day-to-day challenges such as language barriers and difficult conversations by improving listening skills and emotional intelligence.
